Fee Rules  
  • This fee book is supplied free of charge at the beginning of the academic year, If it is lost any time a duplicate copy of fee book will be issued on payment of Rs. 20
  • The annual charges are payable in the month of April every year.
  • Fee will be deposited quarterly and the months of fee payments are April, July, Oct & Jan for the academic session 2015-16.
  • School fee and other fees must be paid in advance or by the stipulated dates in each quarter i.e. 1st to 15th of April, July, October and January.
  • Parents/Guardians are advised to fill in the pay – in - slip in triplicate neatly and correctly and mention Date, Name, Std, Section Admission No. and signature of depositor.
  • Fees payable have been printed on the pay – in – slip. No correction may be effected without the endorsement of the authorised Signatories.
  • If availed transport facilities from school, please include the charges mentioned against your stoppage in route chart before you deposit the quarterly fee. The bus fare for the month of May & June which will be for half month each are to be deposited in the month of May itself.
  • Fee for all classes will be accepted with late fine of Rs. 20 Rupees only on 25th of every month. In case the fee is in arrear by one month, the fee will be accepted with a late fine of rupees 50 only upto 15th of next month. If deposited on 25th of the next month shall be accepted with a late fine of rupees 70.
  • In case the fees are in arrear by two months. The name of the students will be struck off the rolls without prior notice. Re- admission will be taken with an additional charge of Rs. 200/-.
  • Parents must get the late fine verified and counter signed from the school office before depositing in the bank.
  • Fees for the months January, February & March must be deposited latest by 25th January 2016 in order to seek admit cards.
  • In no case fee receipts, pay – in – slip and fee is to be sent through any staff or conductor of the school. The school shall not responsible for it.
  • You are requested to please give one month’s notice in writing before withdrawing the child from the school. In case you fail to do so one month’s full fee will be charged. TC will not be issued till all dues are cleared. It will be issued after seven days of the receipt of the final application for the same. 
  • This book must accompany all remittances in cash.
  • All payments are to be made in cash no cheques or draft shall be accepted by bank.
  • Parents /Guardians are requested to kindly tender exact amount.
  • All fees as reflected in this book are to be paid in cash at CANARA BANK,    
  1. Patliputra Branch, Patna only.
  2. Monday to Friday: - 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
  3. Saturday: - 10:30 AM to 12 O’ clock (Except on bank holidays).
  • The fee will not be acceptable at the school.
  • Request as well as instruction: - Parents need not shout in bank for depositing fee of their wards. Such parents may deposit whole years deposit in advance in the month of April only. If any complain received from Bank their wards might be issued TC.
